TEB Engineering has developed a system which is safe to use even in windy conditions, whilst the main propellers can be running idle.

An out-of-date IC2000 / Mitsubishi control system has been replaced by a modern WinCC / S7-300 system.

TEB Automation has created a gateway between an all-new Allen-Bradley control system (Logix5000) and the existing old control layer.

After separating, all products are checked by a vision system which signals the robots to pick up all approved products.

Barcode printers and scanners make sure that all products can be traced after production.
