Description

The egg-noodles are supplied in lanes through an oven. For separating the products a specially designed mechanical unit has been built.
After separating, all products are checked by a vision system which signals the robots to pick up all approved products.
The robots are situated in a stainless steel frame with a lexan fence. The products are stacked on the conveyor of a flowpacker, both robots are working together to complete one stack.

The whole system is operated through an intuitive user-interface. Changeover from one product to another is carried out in seconds, with no need to change the gripper.

Success!
After the first system had proved itself, a second identical system was commissioned shortly after, proving the quality of the solution. Both systems are running for years now, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with only a minimum need for intervention!
